Terms of Use
These terms are an agreement between you and Indrashikha Educational (OPC) Private Limited (CIN U62011UP2018OPC104206), which runs Techwave Academy at techwaveacademy.com ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the site you accept them. Please also read our Privacy Notice.
1. Who can use Techwave Academy
- Adults (18 and over) can create an account themselves.
- Learners under 18 may use the site only with the verifiable consent of a parent or lawful guardian, given through the approval email we send, or through a school that has enrolled them with that consent. The parent or guardian accepts these terms on the child's behalf and is responsible for the child's use.
- The AI Kids Lab (ages 3–10) is meant to be used with a parent, guardian or teacher signed in.
- You must give true details, including your date of birth. Accounts created with false age information may be suspended.
2. Your account
Keep your password private (at least 8 characters). You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at grievance@techwaveacademy.com if you think someone else has used it. You can delete your account at any time from Dashboard → Privacy & data.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- harass, bully, threaten or share sexual, violent or hateful content, especially toward other learners, many of whom are children;
- post anyone's personal details (phone numbers, addresses, photos) in discussions or AI tools;
- try to get around the AI safety filters or use the AI features to create harmful content;
- access other people's accounts, probe or attack the site, or overload it with automated requests;
- copy, resell or republish course material outside the site;
- use the site for anything unlawful in India.
We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules. For a child's account we will contact the parent or guardian first where we can.
4. AI features
Some features use artificial intelligence (Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service and Azure AI Speech) to answer questions, score work, read aloud and make pictures or stories. AI output is generated automatically and can be wrong, incomplete or unsuitable. It is a learning aid, not professional, medical, legal or exam advice, and it does not replace a teacher. Check important answers yourself. AI scores are practice feedback only and are not grades or qualifications. AI features are optional and, for children, are switched on only with a parent's consent.
5. Course content, certificates and intellectual property
Courses, lessons, narration, code examples, images, the Techwave Academy name and logo belong to us or our licensors. You may use them for your own learning. Certificates confirm that an account completed a course on our site; they are not a government or university qualification.
You keep ownership of what you write or create (posts, code, answers, AI-generated pictures from your prompts). You let us store and display your posts to other signed-in learners so the community works. You can delete them by deleting your account.
6. Free service, changes and availability
Courses on techwaveacademy.com are currently free. We may add, change or retire courses and features. We try to keep the site available but do not promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Purchases made on indrashikha.in are governed by that site's terms; see our refund page.
7. Our responsibility to you
We provide the site "as is", with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by AI output, by your own devices or internet connection, or by events outside our reasonable control. Where we are liable for a free service, our total liability is limited to INR 1,000. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the DPDP Act, 2023 or any other law that cannot be excluded.
8. Ending your use
You can stop using the site and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the law, and we will tell you (or the parent) why unless the law prevents it. Inactive accounts are deleted after 2 years, as set out in the Privacy Notice.
9. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Pratapgarh, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any right you have to approach a consumer forum or the Data Protection Board of India. Please contact us first — most problems are solved by email.
10. Grievances

11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new date, and tell signed-in users about important changes. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the new terms.
