About Techwave Academy
Techwave Academy works with schools to bring structured technology education to students from Grade 1 to Grade 12, with a focus on Coding, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science and practical digital skills.
We don't just run workshops. We help schools implement a structured technology learning program and keep it going through regular coordination and reporting.
Your role
You represent Techwave Academy in your assigned city or district and own the complete school partnership cycle.

What we are looking for
- Can speak confidently with school Directors and Principals.
- Have good communication and presentation skills.
- Are comfortable with field visits.
- Can manage follow-ups on their own.
- Are disciplined about reporting.
- Understand basic technology and education concepts, or are keen to learn.
- Can build professional, long-term relationships.
Experience that helps
Experience in Education, EdTech, School Sales, Business Development, Institutional Sales or School Coordination is a plus.

How you earn
This is a performance-linked, commission-based opportunity. There is no fixed earning ceiling for high performers. The exact incentive structure is explained during selection and onboarding.
School acquisition incentive
Commission for every school you successfully onboard.
Implementation incentive
An additional incentive once the program is successfully implemented.
Recurring retention incentive
For maintaining active school relationships, timely reporting and schools that continue with the program.

Territory model
Each selected associate is assigned a specific city, district or territory, and builds and manages Techwave Academy's school network there. High performers may get larger territories or teams as we expand across India.
